Vaccinations for puppies and kittens

If you are attending us for kitten or puppy vaccinations the veterinary surgeon will give him or her a general health check and will try and cover the following subjects or any alternative ones you may like to discuss.

It may help you to print a copy of this page (view printable copy here), note your own comments beside the topics below and to bring this with you to act as a check test at the time you see your vet for your pets' second vaccination.

Included in your vaccination wallet are leaflets to help you decide on worming & flea control policies for your pet and to give you advice on neutering and the importance of vaccinations. If you should need any further help, the surgery can be contacted and appointments made with veterinary surgeons or our qualified nurses.

We hope you have a long and happy friendship with your pet.
